Today Carla and I ran around the feild for the second time, carla is getting alot better fewer stops,still running the same times,me still going non stop from start to finish, still doing the same time as our previous run on friday,I would like us both to well in the race for life and not to get to puffed out,well still more training to go.

Well that's it, me 'n' Jean have started our training - just jogged round the field & had a small workout, not bad for me, considering I haven't exercised in years! Jeans a lot better at this than I am! Doh, I can only get better - watch this space.
